Emo/Scremo/Post-Hardcore should be in rock and/or metal. Nothing you can argue negates the fact that what these labels are marketing is toxic, criminal, and racist. The variety of disparaging labels for women is not paralleled for men, either in rap or in the larger culture. And many of the so-called activists and leaders in Hip-Hop are whores! But as I see it the media the marketing the beast of the cooperate machine is not going to let hip hop grow.
